Please note, we only accept card payment.
Accessibility
We have introduced an accessible route for AGLOW this year, to make sure that as many people can enjoy the trail as possible.
The accessible route is a shorter version of the full AGLOW trail, which includes the Son et lumière projection on Auckland Palace, the Bowling Green and the light tunnel (installations 1-4 on the AGLOW map).
Due to the topography of the site and the uneven terrain isn’t possible to make the entire trail fully accessible for mobility scooters or wheelchairs.
Free carers tickets are available for AGLOW.
For a fully accessible experience, you might also like to visit Christmas at the Palace.
Sensory Sessions
We have sensory sessions available for guests who would prefer to experience the magic of AGLOW at a more relaxed pace.
Sensory sessions are available on Thursday 28 November, Thursday 5 December and Thursday 12 December at 4:30pm and 5:00pm.
