We cater for all dietary requirements including vegan and gluten free.

Please note, we only accept card payment.

Accessibility

Due to the topography of the historic Deer Park, the AGLOW route includes some steep gradients and uneven terrain which may be difficult to navigate for guests with accessibility needs. We have therefore introduced an Accessible Route for AGLOW this year, to make sure that as many people can enjoy the trail as possible.

The Accessible Route is a shorter version of the full AGLOW trail, which includes the Son et lumière projection on Auckland Palace, the Bowling Green and the Light Tunnel (installations 1-4 on the AGLOW map).

Accessible Route tickets are discounted by 50% and free Carers’ tickets are available.

We understand that everyone’s needs are different, and we are happy to provide as much information as possible to help you make an informed decision about which ticket option is right for you. If you would like to book our Accessible Route or discuss your requirements with a member of our team, please email [email protected].

Please note, our Accessible Route is only bookable by email. We will offer advice and guidance but the decision about whether to book the accessible route or the full route must be made by the person booking the tickets and their companions.

For an indoor accessible experience, you might also like to visit Christmas at the Palace.

Sensory Sessions

We have sensory sessions available for guests who would prefer to experience the magic of AGLOW at a more relaxed pace.

Sensory sessions are available on Thursday 28 November, Thursday 5 December and Thursday 12 December at 4:30pm and 5:00pm.

If you would like to discuss your sensory needs or the sensory needs of a companion with our team, please email [email protected].
